The following is my opinion as a member participating in this discussion.

Dominicans are notorious bad pitch chasers. Hence the ubiquitous spring training refrain, "Don't swing at 'em when they're in the dirt, Hay-sus".

Does not apply to Vladimir Guerrero, who could golf one out of the dirt and send it over the left field wall.


As an ATS Staff Member, I will not moderate in threads such as this where I have participated as a member.
