The ACA was not created by Republicans. Secondly, the health care industry in Massachusetts addresses the needs of Massachusetts. Just because a
program works within the confines of a state does not mean it can be turned into a nation program, especially since each state / region have differing
needs.
Secondly when you have Nancy Pelosi stating the bill must be passed before people are allowed to see it makes one wonder just how bad of an idea it
really was. That stance screams "bad idea", yet they went forward with it. The program is broken, yet they push forward with it, simply because
they are embarrassed and cannot admit that they made a mistake.
That mistake will cost them in the 2014 / 2016 election cycles.
Moving forward, this administration is hell bent on control, and the FCC is just the most recent example of that plan. The administration has not been
quiet when it comes to how they view certain media outlets - FoxNews / Breitbart / Drudge Report / etc.
The FCC has gone so far as to hold the position that they have jurisdiction over print media as well, when in reality they do not.
The 1st amendment, 2nd amendment, 4th amendment, 5th amendment, 10th amendment.... This administration has failed spectacularly, and what makes it
worse is we are allowing it to happen.
