Pfft, we've given the states the solutions to these issues. They dont listen. Theyre too busy running their mouths about "lawlessness" to see they're actually ENABLING the "lawlessness." Legalize Tax and regulate. For Oakland in Particular, might check the amount of liquor stores you allow all over your city and the times you allow them to operate. Just a thought.
