Oh look a poet! Do they even know it? Sorry couldn't resist. Now to there are no white knight posting here, just someone who is making the common mistake of judging other countries by their own. Russia is not like the west on any deep level. To think that any protests from the US can be compared with those in Russia is laughable! The Russian gov't does not give the pretense of a right to assemble like the US does. [Notice I say pretense, since what is said and how its practiced are two different things] As for thinking that Putin gives a whoot about international opinion Just remember his resume.

Your reply is unreal. I wish I could say I'm shocked anyone could say this, but alas I can't. I bet the same type of people said the same type of things back during pre-civil rights era. If they don't wanna get hung they shouldn't act up. If they don't want crosses burning in their yard they shouldn't be doing business with them.
