In fact, brickbats, billy clubs, balisongs, brass knuckles, nunchucks, Chinese throwing stars, machetes, crossbows, tasers, are ALL BANNED from schools.

Goof grief, what a crappy country you live in when kids are getting pat downs in school. If this stuff happened in other countries the states would be pointing their poop stained fingers at them.

What country do you live in? I'd like to determine how "poop stained" your pointing finger is.

Humans are too stupid to own guns. Humans are not mentally stable enough, they have little to no control over their emotions.

That may be true where you live, but it only applies to of a very small percentage of our "gun owners". Otherwise, our population would have been on a steady decline for many years.

Sad that this is not going to get better. So buy a gun and drink a beer, be all you can be.

It don't suppose it's a problem where you live, so drink another beer. It might help you forget about OUR problems.

Criminals will find ways to commit crimes with or without without guns... Guns are not the ONLY weapon that people use to kill people...

Taking away guns won't stop violence or even gun violence for that matter. It's that simple.

I agree , humans are violent creatures and prone to violent outbursts. Guns facilitate the easy/ier killing of people and at a distance compared to most other methods of violence. They allow weak people to become efficient killing machines, people who might think twice if they had to use their own hands.

No, taking guns away wont stop people from being violent. But its sure to reduce the number of school shootings which is a start.

So, when the police do come in to help, they are going to step all over you? WTH kind of thing is that to be telling the kids?

Is that what the police do? Step on bodies of children? Sounds like we have even bigger problems than school shootings to me.

For the amount of money that is spent on BS in this country or parts of our foreign aid packages we could arm EVERY school in the country. Every one. Is it odd to protect our children?

I mean, there are armed guards are malls, banks, sporting events..you name it they are there. But our most precious commodity, our future, is not?

Almost every single mass shooting event in our country has occurred in a no gun zone or a school were there is no on site resource officer. In those where there is an on site resource officer, now trained to respond to threats since Columbine, deaths are very limited and sometimes do NOT include the shooter.

AL drove past the high school where he was bullied to find a school that had NO ONE armed. It is pretty easy to figure this out.

There are just under 100k public schools in America. For the same price of foreign aid each year we give to the Middle East we could put an armed security guard making 45k per year in the schools. We average 1.5 billion a year to Egypt alone...why?

Guns deter crime. Do not let anyone fool you.

Oh, and as far as the blanks, we all know what has happened to numerous Hollywood actors over the years and their deaths right, and it is ok to use kids in these drills but not have armed guards?

Lifting the ban on alcohol DID, in fact, improve our society. Though I'm not sure, the same may be true of drugs.

I dont want to go anywhere where stupid people are (everywhere) knowing they carry a gun. But stupidy is popular and lacking intelligence allows you the ignorance to not understand.

Well, your repeated usage of the word "stupid", doesn't speak very well for your level of intelligence, either.

Though "stupidy" may be popular where you live, we don't, even, consider it a word.

The problem then is that people are too stupid, you may live among them, there is no way to tell the difference.

That may be true of you, but I don't have a problem telling the difference.

We have no guns here. They are illegal ( hand guns). There are no shootings here, there are no home invasions with guns here.

I'm glad to hear that. It seems that "stupidy" is, indeed, popular where you live. Stupid people shouldn't have guns, knives, or anything else that they might hurt themselves with. If you'd like to support further bans, that's fine. Just keep it in your own "yard".

In chaotic situations: war, rioting, school shootings, et al, people are going to get stepped on. The least that will happen, is they will get 'stepped on.'

Now one would hope, that these kids would be lied to. Like this:

Drama Teacher: "Now, When you get shot, lay your arms out in a crucified position. It won't matter, because when the bad guy and the police come through, they will be very careful not to step on your hands. Because that is what they are going to be more focused on. And who is going to say they are sorry?"

Students [In unison]: "The bad guy! And the cops too!"

Or, you can prepare them for the reality, teach them what to do and cause as little harm as possible. Such as this:

“When you get shot, you need to close your fingers and keep ‘em in,” adds Tammy Kozinski, the drama teacher. “When the bad guy and the police come through, they’ll step all over you, and who will be saying they’re sorry?”

“Nobody!” the students cry in unison.

As far as IEDs, since you bring it up, Hawaii had a school bombing this past month involving IEDs. Not too mention, the Columbine shooters had also brought homemade bombs with them.

Most of the mass shooters are just MK-Ultra mind-controlled patsies, programmed to detonate by the covert operators. All to create anti-gun hysteria to destroy our civil liberties and get us defenseless before the New World Order. So yeah, the state has been systematically shooting the children of America for a long time already.

This is the exact sorts of drills I ran through as a combat medic/LPN nurse in the military.

So my question, the question that comes to my mind is...

Why do state officials feel it's necessary to implement military training tactics in our public schools? What are they foreseeing in the near future?

So, a police officer going into a place where there a children shot, is just going to go through and over the bodies?

How about he/she actually do what they flipping should do????
If there is a child, lying on the ground, STOP AND CHECK ON THEM!!!!!

The last thing a child that has been shot should have to worry about is making sure their hands and arms are tucked up beside their body.
