Hi guys,

What's your back up plan in case of Nuke War ? What I mean is the World War that will destruct EVERY major city on Earth. The war that changes the whole ecosystem of the Earth.

Since I live in Canada, my destination will be North Pole. I chose North Pole because:

1. It's far away from any strategic target
2. Have water
3. Have food
4. In case of global warming, it will not be flooded. Beside, it has a cold enough temperature to live.

I plan to join an expedition to North Pole in this summer....

I live 20 minutes away from a great soft target...Adam Beck generating station in Niagara Falls

my plan:

1. duct tape and plastic

(I have no desire to survive a full scale nuclear war)

I will follow the Quiet Earth scenario and will be in the right place for that.

I will be kissing my ass goodbye!

There will be no survival, if you call it that.

plan to go to Kyrgyzstan or Lesotho - both remote mountain countries, lots of caves, friendly people, fresh water sources... of course if I could know what is going to happen a month in front

In January I plan on being on Diego Garcia working at Northrop Grumman's
Ground Based-Electro-Optical Deep Space Surveillance (GEODSS) site.
I'll try to send an U2U if I see any nukes.

I hope that's not a target!

-move to Wyoming.

Since I live 10 minutes from Toronto, It seems like I'd be long gone before I knew that a nuke just hit the place.

If I were to survive, the roads would be too clogged to get away, its tough to say what to do because theres so many things you could do. I would probably follow the masses away from the containment area, in an attempt to survive and not face the risk of death by sealing my house if I were to do something wrong. But it is still pretty tough to survive the aftermath of a nuclear attack.

I plan to stay away from AMERICA! lol.

I'am gonna run 4 hours away from my city to the rocky mountains!!! Find me a nice cave, and get jiggy with the local aborginal tribes for the rest of my life.

Aboriginal peoples are cool, they always have a fecund way of perceiving our mediocre lives. lol

I have no plan. I will try to get away from the radiation and fallout area if I can or try to take shelter.
That's about all I could do I think. I don't know if I'd want to live in the aftermath of a nuclear war like that anyway.

simple try to get killed in the main blast not wait for the radiation to finish the job

Honestly at this point, I would hope to die in the blast. If they destroy every major city in the United States imagine the fallout and nuclear winter, I doubt anyone would survive them.

I will be sighing with relief and looking down on the ruins from the next world before going off to get on with whatever you get on with there.

Wouldn't want to survive, I've seen Threads!

I know it sounds completly sick but seeing a city get nuked would just be absolutly breathtaking. I think i would just pass out in complete awe at the sight of mankinds power and fury.
If i was to die in a nuclear war, id like to see the nuke go off and have enough time to stand and salute.... but still die pretty much the instant it hit me.

Im not some masocist. I hate pain and death and i dont like war... but i'm not gonna deny that the sight of a city being nuked would be a beautiful one.

Well I would say the first sign would be a big flash of light that blinds you
then the massive concussion wave that is heading your way(if you can still see)
if those two don't get you then the burning feeling right before all of your skin falls off is another sign, and at the very least that metallic taste in your mouth
that is radiation at it's best.

After years of planning and searching I am in my place and prepared for all eventuality. My plan has never changed it is to fight to the Death for My Liberty and Freedom at all costs. I have already lost or sacrificed much, no more. Here I will make my Stand. With God to my back and the world to my face.
I have already WON
