Mysterious Streaks/Tracks Detected by the Rover... Curiosity Sol 540.

These streaks or tracks they are not left on the sandy land from the wheels of the NASA Rover. So, "Who" or "What" has created those tracks? Some of them are in distance an goes or comes far Beyond....

If it's not the rover itself, it may be moving rocks aka Sailing Stones.

If this is impossible let me know.
Just my initial ideas.

looks like they may have been left by a serpent or snail
possibly left for warmer climes

Any idea on the scale of what we are looking at?

I had thought at that too.

But there are two problems.

1) Where are the "sailing stones"?
2) This meant that there must be superficial water or frost on the sandy surface to move the stones.

And apparently there aren't stones or superficial water or frost in order to make to move something...

Yeah only one or two of the dozen or so 'lines' actually seem to have a rock around the 'end'.
So I don't know that's bizarre.

Some of the lines just start and stop from nowhere.
I'll think about it more and see if I come across anything better.

They look like rocky veins or folds, exposed by erosion but covered with dust so that only a trace of them remains. I've seen similar features on Curiosity images before.

Well, since NASA took pic's of it they must be curious to, or do they have a scooper that could have done it? Nah, the arm would be to short since there are no tracks to see.

It looks like someone took a stick and wrote something - one looks like an R. It might say "Quarantine"

Dunno, it's weird. Insects like fire ants sometimes make lines like that, but those are raised, these look to me like the dirt was wiped away - like a wizard casting a circle with his staff.

Good find but there is an amount of water after all and it can be sailing stones, but what i saw from them they go usually the same general direction, no?

Oh and there is no rock at the end of the track, usually a good sign of the sailing rocks

They change direction often, but there are a lot of very straight lines as well.
Even 90 degree turns on a dime, it's nuts.

I'm still not really sure what to think.

What is strange is that I noticed one of the "lines" had an actual rock right in the middle of it.
As if the rock being there didn't stop the line from being made or?? I have no clue.
All I know is that it's bizarre.

Don't go all phage on me as im saying it doesn't look like sailing rocks

And yes they change directions all the time and even do u turns but i haven't see so many in different directions from one point, not that i look into these things often

How big/long would this be?

Actually here we go. It's dust devil tracks. Pretty much the same patterns on the ground.

Unfortunately, I am one of those who subcribe to there being aliens on Mars and there are folks on here who will clutch at anything to try to ignore and argue against that. (just as I probably will to say there are aliens there)

As it is fairly well known now, I also have a problem with the wind on Mars and how people use the wind rather like they do 'weather balloons' to explain UFOs. I dont think dust devils can be used to argue this point as I personally think they are showing tracks of various large rock-like, smaller bipedal, snake-like and cat/rabbit-like Martian beings too.

Some of the 'knowledgable' people on here have poo-pooed images of fungal & plant life, animal life, shelters, pipes, mechanical and engineered structures, and all manner of things which suggest over and over again that there is current and past sentient life on Mars. We are fighting the battle on this and one day they will have to admit we have been correct all along. Just my opinion of course.
