I'm always very sceptic if it comes to conspiracies, especially if I see some lack of knowledge or religious background, or people who blame everybody else for everything bad, but this, if it is true, is worth to know more about it.

Thank you for this very important thread. It's been many years since I read the book; perhaps it's time for a re-read!

Most telling is that at that time at least, the US navy were calling the shots, the parameters were/are all theirs. I guess the project manager at least is not there now. It is an intelligent piece of work premillenium, almost a forecast of post millenium events if you want to go that way, except that it wasn't meant as a forecast for HAARP activties per se, but a statement of the lack of co-ordination between different fields of scientific disciplines when there is a need..no always a need. I have no idea what HAARP's priorities are today, that's what is most important, 'in fact' and I use the term loosely, HAARP today is more likely to be as multi faceted as portrayed in the video, even if it wasn't back then. I'll add in edit, there are projects like 'Argus' and 'Starfish' as precursors to HAARP in common purpose. But you, the OP, have the need to explore those, if you haven't already.

So nothing to be worry about, cool...

Let's build what equates to the most powerful
arc welder/harmonic reasonator anyone has ever imagined.
That's capable of tapping into untold amounts of earths own
electrical energy, both planetary
and atmospheric, whereby creating a delivery system for enough
energy to easily crack the planet in two. And then put it
in the hands a bunch of quacks that sit around telling a you tube
audience that they don't know what it can do?
But somebody told us to use it?

And let's see what happens?

Crazy I just watche this yesterday on youtube. I was blown away that Haarp can push the Ionosphere 80 miles into space. And In the film it said Haarp creates 1 billion watts, and that the military has plans to expand on this to create 10-100 billion watts, This is very scary, since no one really knows the true effects this is doing on our atmosphere. Some say it is creating holes, while other argue it like putting your hand in water, the Void gets filled up quickly, I tend to lean more towards the atmosphere not filling the voids as fast as they think

Here's one of those little shibboleths that tells you the person doesn't know what they're talking about.

When they don't know the difference between power output and ERP, they don't have a clue. HAARP, in some cases, but not usually one you'd ever use, can put 3.6 MW downfield. That's it.

ERP is not power output. It's a shorthand way of expressing power output and antenna gain as a combination, that lets you do downrange power density calculations more easily. It's a useful engineering fiction. If you don't have a clue, or you're lying intentionally, you might use the ERP number and say that's the output. Like in the video.
