If you could take three videos from the past where and when would you choose?

Lets theorize a bit or do a little wishful thinking. Much like the 3 wishes from a genie the time device will only work three times. After that it can never be done again. The device is invisible and it can record audio and video for one day before it returns.If you could send a device back in time to record three days one day on each trip.

Where and when would you send it?
What places and times would uncover new truths?
What mysteries in time would you try to uncover?
What answers to the past could shake the worlds foundation?

My three would be

1. Camera in the room that Oswald shot Kennedy from.

2. Footage of whatever the hell happened at Dyatlov Pass.

3. Video of "the big bang"

I would send the time device back to thursday september 29th 2011 and record my whole day.
I had a near death experience that day so i want to watch myself "rise from the dead."

for the other two wishes i would send one back to the crucifixion of jesus, but alas noone knows the exact time and date that that had happened. and the third one would be his ressurection.

1) I'd record a session of the ancient Greek assembly to see how democratic it was.
2) I'd record the first socialist fugitive slave community. the Kingdom of Palmares in Brazil in 1694 before they were re-conquered after nearly a century.
2) I'd record the deals the Portuguese made between waring East African kingdoms in order to divide and conquer what was to become their colonies and subjects.

Nothing really ironic about it. Lots of Christians aren't young earth creationists (myself included). If you can have a camera at christs resurrection and ascension and it happened, well that would be pretty cool to witness first hand. If it didn't happen and you have video, well that is a confirmation either way and could tell an interesting story.

As for dinosaurs, who wouldn't want to see real dinosaurs? I'd rather see them in person (at a safe distance of course lol) but real life video would be the next best thing

First would be

B. JFK assassination
C.the genetic manipulation that brought about modern human

1) The time Jesus is physically resurrected.
2) The time the angel Gabriel appeared to Muhammad.
3) The time the angel Moroni appeared to Joseph Smith.

I would choose:

1) the day the rock that caused the dinosaurs' extinction hit Earth, this baby would have to be in a low orbit to capture all the fireworks. (Assuming we knew exact date of the event)
2) the eruption of Krakatoa.
3) I am not religious in the least, but assuming it is fact, the crucifixion of Jesus.

1\ the 1975 birmingham county council chamber meeting in june.
2\ the discovery of pewter.
3\ the first door ever made.

If I wanted to cheat, I'd send the darned device into the future to take snapshots of every bit of technical data for building my own non-limited travel in person time machine and get to building one my own.

1.) I'd also want to see the day the rock that wiped out the dinosaurs hit the earth, but from a different perspective. I'd want to be on earth filming it. I'd want to be where I could get a good view of what it looks like when an asteroid like that hits, and get some gratuitous dino footage in the moments leading up to the impact.

2.) I'd also want to get a good view of the Resurrection. How many Christians wouldn't?

3.) I'd want a video that somehow reveals whether or not Patton actually was assassinated.

My husband:

1.) The Great Impactor that formed the moon.

2.) Also the Resurrection.

3.) Either the British surrender after the Revolution or the signing of the Declaration of Independence

It's kinda funny that I guess I figured most people on here were non-christian although many would pick a date that would confirm GOD or deny him, myself included.

1. I want to see if Jesus actually walked on water. (that would confirm to me there is a higher power involved)

2. April 19th, 2003 (There were questions if foul play were involved when my sick father died - I need the truth)

( I drove a normally 2.5 hour trip in 7 hours and never stopped or deviated (that I know of). everybody wondered where I was at the ending destination and I don't remember 95% of the trip...just a big blank spot. Me and my 2 small kids????)
