But anyone who has the tiniest psychic awareness becomes aware that other thoughts are floating around besides one's own.
And they you begin "catching" the thoughts of others--for instance--when you're having an intimate conversation and your partner can't think of
the right word, so you HELP HIM and tell him the word he wanted to think of.
Oh YEAH!! That's what I meant!!.
And then you begin identifying coincidences and realizing that your dreams are tied to the feelings you have about your life; except that in your
dreams there are other people involved with your life's feelings--all of a sudden you are not thinking "alone" anymore.
And then your life begins to light up with coincidences all over the place. You pick up the phone and the person you were thinking of is calling you.
You turn on the radio and the song you were thinking of is playing.
You see, spiritual development occurs very slowly, inch-by-inch.
At some point either before or after coincidences you will notice that when you hear something really TRUE, it rings like a bell. You just KNOW it's
right. And then you notice, that this knowing CHANGES OVER TIME, without any new data. So you become aware that subjectivity has little to do with
facts.
Subjectivity, then, is a different level of experience--up where your dreams are.
And then you'll notice that people who say and believe they are telling the truth, don't ring. And then you begin to notice lies and tricks and
finally, you see evil at work as a predator that affects the physical lives of people so they have to move from situate1 to situate2 to situate3.
Yeah, it seems we're always being chased by our fears, into making changes that we needed to make, to keep our spiritual growth arcing and
sparking.
Once you have identified which of your thoughts are fear-based and which of them are not fear based, then you can discriminate among just the
love-thoughts or among just the fear-thoughts.
It helps if you threw out the TV and all the media trash so that you can get close to yourself and not have so many distractions.
At the point that you can sense Love-thoughts, then you begin to wonder where they are coming from; and that's when you can "hear the still small
Voice of God." Once you have actually received God's thoughts in your very own brain, you can never doubt Him again. He has become a participant
with you, in your own mind. You and He can hang out together, in your mind, and simply mingle thoughts. You don't even have to get to the point of
thinking thoughts; you'll have God's response before your thought even comes all the way up.
I asked God whether He prefers to be called "Yahweh" or "Jehovah," or something else; and He said, "YAH-WAY." So that's His Name.
After having gone through this whole process for all these five decades, what do you think it would take to make me forget God?
I don't wanna know. He's fine just the way He is.
