Regardless, it's been an exciting read, and must have been something to witness!

But good lord, there comes a point...

Springfield residents are wondering what the loud booms were that they heard this weekend. Government officials are investigating but have no idea what the noises were or where they came from.
According to ABC news affiliate KSPR, witnesses called in to report loud booms from 6:30 to 8:30 PM on Feb. 3. The callers were from Aurora, Mount Vernon, Nixa, Ozark, and Reeds Spring. Officials haven't yet determined what caused the odd noises. The last earthquake which was anywhere near the Ozarks, was recorded in Oklahoma City. It was more than 12 hours before the witness reports.
i just googled this and searched on twitter and theres stories popping up that about ufos in your area for the past few weeks. You should have a read up on it. Wish i seen it but im all the way in Scotland

Kids just came in and asked what happened to my face. Told them what happened, my son who saw the craft the other night asked "Why is this in the Grey area"??? This is where # gets buried down. Now he is my skeptic, my voice of reason, my grounding and level headed source. He KNOWS what I told him is fact.

Asking for proof is not a bad thing, wrong, disinformation or insulting to the OP regardless of if they have been here a long time or not.
Perception can easily paint what a person thinks they see and maybe Antar believes in UFOs. Maybe all they saw were jets escorting a drone or some other tool.
I am utterly amazed that people here are willing to believe someone just because they have been here a long time.
The Gray Area is a discussion forum that provides a dedicated area for members to post their confessions, disclosures, and related extraordinary personal experiences. Like the highly speculative Skunk Works forum, The Gray Area will tolerate topics that may be unusually hypothetical or unproven for the purpose of vetting the stories of thread-starters by the ATS membership at large. By nature, The Gray Area tends to involve unproven claims and anecdotal testimony that may arouse skepticism in some members.

Look what has happened to this thread. Most of it was spent focused on Antar, yet if we focused on researching and calling people to find more evidence, or lack thereof.......we would be better off and closer to finding out what happened.

Sometimes it isn't about Denying Ignorance, but Denying ARROGANCE. Every single person has seen something in their lifetime that they could not provide any proof of,if asked to. FACT. That does not mean they didn't experience something. Imho,to attack, and invalidate anyone only shows what type of person YOU are,and not the other. I have seen far too much of this hateful expression on here as of late. It is becoming impossible to have a decent discussion in an adult manner without a few choice immature comments and outright hostility. It seems nobody is even allowed a differing opinion,or the right to back up someone who has proven credibility. Ats membership used to strive to rise above all that.
