it suggests Anubis protects them figuratively and literally by doing that.

i use the term when it applies to morals or emotions indirectly, as if to suggest something without saying it. it doesn't always have to use figurative speech, but a lot of the times it does, especially when i use the term.

Not to mention, atheism and humanism are religions according to the federal and supreme courts of the United States, the highest laws in the land.

Hmm. Could argue with it, but what's the point? I still maintain that atheism and humanism are a more practical approach to spirituality. Less time kissing God's bum, more time fixing our problems here on Earth.

Because you like to argue and not debate the subject.

What you maintain and what is truth is not the same. A practical approach is not truth.

I have proven it, to myself at least. Unlike you, I was willing to test it. You might be offended by how far I've gone. Let's just say that from what I have observed, I could kick the Christian god in the face and he'd let me get away with it.

It's more logical to conclude that he's that complacent an individual because he doesn't exist.

When I die and face God I will remind him of your quote.

You will find your logic and reasoning silly when you face God but then it will be too late.

Once you are in spirit ....... what was spoken in the flesh will come back and bite you on the other hand if God does not exist what I have spoken will have no impact for I did not speak ill of him as you do.

Oh, so your truth is impractical approach. But what does that have to do with atheism?

So...let me summarize here.

- You talked about what makes truth true.

- You did a brief overview of some atheist dude's life (and colored it with your own thoughts).

- You proselytized the Christian faith.

- You asked if atheism is a religion.

I'm not sure what point you're trying to make here. I will say, however, that not smoking is not a habit.

If you are not sure of my point than keep walking.

Is that what Jesus would have said?

Yes he would have. But you don't know him, remember because you do not believe in him.

How narcisstic of you to think that you know what Jesus would of said.

This should not bother you. You are not a believer in Jesus.

When I die and face God I will remind him of your quote.

Why? Is being a "snitch" one way to get into "heaven"? And what would you want "God" to do about it?

Shame on you.

This is one of the (many) issues I have with hell-believers. It's not enough that they scare their children and others who are easily influenced - that they teach people they are worthless pieces of crap - and it's not that they are simply trying to "save themselves" by reciting the correct "spell" and following all sorts of bizarre, invented 'rules' - but they seem to actively WANT to 'facilitate' that others be thrown into hell!!

What's it to you what happens to AftIn's soul - or mine - or anyone else's? Do you actually WANT people to burn in hell? Based on your posts, I'd say: Yes, you do. But why? There can be only one reason: Revenge and superiority.
"Neener neener neener!" will be the "revele" song in your heaven - everyone line up and be as smug as possible while the angels trumpet. You think Jesus would approve of that? Of you mocking and laughing at lost souls? At you 'snitching'?

It doesn't matter. Your arrogance has sown a fear of atheism to the point that you suspect us of usurping Christianity's ''rightful place'' in the world.

Shame on me? So........you too judge another? lol

Keep stirring the fire......let the heat grow.

Are you too trying to start something as Wildtimes did?

It is not up to me who burns or who does not burn. Though there have been millions of NDE's etc.... who tell of their terrifying stories of hell or their great trip to heaven, yet you refuse to believe.

You reject hell and you should. Those who are disbelievers .... it is important to them that there is no hell.

This justifies your life, doesn't it?

You sound like Wildtimes....... a bitter old woman!

I am wildtimes!!
And you don't know me at all - you don't even know if I'm a female - even if it's listed ON MY AVY - and you didn't notice that it is me to whom you are replying as though to insult Wildtimes to someone else??

You tried this before. It got your posts removed and a slap on the wrist. Maybe you're just a slow learner; but that doesn't excuse your bad manners or inattention. Wildtimes sounds like "a bitter old woman"?

LOL

I'll let your own posts continue to elucidate what "you" sound like. I don't need to point it out, as everyone else already sees it.
*eyeroll*

But you'll give JC your "vote" anyway when you get there, just in case. Right? Maybe you'll be the next "scribe" in the Book of Life! Wouldn't THAT be handy!!! /sarc

You wish it WAS you who decides, and you are trying to usurp the job by suggesting that your "input" will somehow help "him"? Save him the trouble?

Wow.

What a miserable example of a "Christian." LOL

LOL!!

Dude! Son, I have made several threads about NDEs....Jeezy Kreezy you just don't pay attention, do you?

Very few NDErs speak of "hellish" findings; I'm totally up to date on the 'science' being applied to them, and I suggest that you read "The Tibetan Book of the Dead" for more information about what "hell experiences" are. Just in case you want to be forewarned and forearmed when you find yourself wherever. You reap what you sow.

So is this just a "let's hate on atheists" thread? Because that's the impression I got before, and I'm getting it again. And quite frankly, I don't feel like wasting my time here if that's all this is about.

i felt like it was a legitimate subject and without any insult to atheists.
