I suppose, although I am sad that the respondent didn't even address the points I brought up. To claim that he has been "blocked" in means no other President has is a far stretch. Maybe his proposals are that bad that Congress just doesn't want to even deal with them?

Most of Obama's proposals have been versions of those that Conservative think tanks came up with. The Obama Care Individual Mandate is probably the most glaring examples. It was dreamed up by the Heritage Foundation in 1989.
