Unexpectedly I have run out of energy first on this topic so will offer a closing comment.

Well, apparently we disagree on less than I thought. So with that and despite the persistent comments on my education or other personal characteristics, I thank you for your participation in this thread. You responded directly to my comments instead of talking past me, which is something others have struggled with in this thread.
