For the government to test livestock for ...whatever..., all they would need to do would be to take a horse trailer to any local livestock auction in the area of interest and buy what they wanted. And have steaks left over. No 'copters, no nothing else need be involved. A very cheap process with minimal secrecy required.

Livestock auctions muddy the waters of controlled testing. No guarantee of where they came from and/or lineage.

In short, there is nothing about livestock mutes that crosses the line of common decency AS WE SEE (AND DO) IT. Only by laws in books are the ETs guilty of rustling our critters and having their own version of a BBQ.

Seems like you've made up your mind that it is ET doing it. That seemed like a good answer to me once upon a time. Today, there's enough evidence to strongly suggest otherwise. I recommend Dulce Base by Greg Valdez as a start.

Of course those are good questions, phillipines, and the answers seem to begin with what I stated to Aliensun above. It would take a thread and a lot of work to lay it all out however. That's why I recommend the Valdez book as a start. If you're on a budget u2u and maybe I can loan you my copy or gift you one digitally if it's cheaper than mailing one to Manila lol.

Do you mean that he didn't focus deeply enough on the cattle mutilations or do you refer to something else?

BTW: Does anyone remember--or can they find--a thread from 2 -3 years ago that gave the link to a website ( a .gov I think) that had thousands of scientific papers available to the public? That's when I first started thinking seriously about gubmint testing as regards mutilations. A lot of papers were found referencing bovine radiological testing.

Hoping to find that site again because it had a wealth of information on a wide-range of topics and a good search function.

Well I liked what Leuren Moret had to say about this, in great detail of operations and naming names, she is very legitimate.

Basically, its an all out nuclear war that TPTB who are under royal family satanic rule, are conducting against humanity, including the atmospheric nuclear tests, the depleted uranium weapons, nuclear power itself, and of course all the "accidents".
Now, they also like to test the amount of radiation, for they are slowly altering the human dna and downgrading everyone plus killing a certain percentage off extreme agony each year, and they do it by the exact numbers they are shooting for.

Examples were given.
One, that the items taken from the cattle, are the very items they test for radation and isotopes, and that ALL cattle mutilations take place downwind of nuclear power plants and facilities.

Also one of the big asshats in the American political scene sent specialists over to middle east to take readings there and then they upped their depleted uranium ammunition. Something to that affect!

Its not aliens. They are hybrids, but so are we all really. But they are inbred satanists for a very long time, hundreds/thousands of years and completely egocentric, think they're the testers to our testee and that they can heap hell on us all the time. They're depopulating and the Queen owns all the uranium and even oil rights, under I take it corporate law, which is actually unlawful, but no one stops them.

I've known for some time, without researching a thing, that the royal family, the House of Winsor, were some big players, not just fronts.

All these mutilations are to test for nuclear buildup on bodies and assess how severe the environment is.

The reptilian thing is less interesting to me, as I don't think it even matters what dna or species is involved this is about true insanity and abuse of power.

Gabe Valdez was a former New Mexico state patrol officer in the Dulce, New Mexico area. During his tenure, beginning in the 1970's, he was tasked with investigating mysterious cattle mutilations. The area suffered many cases of cattle found mutilated without blood, organs that appeared carefully removed and cuts in the skin that were so precise they were believed to be made by lasers. After years of research Valdez concluded that a clandestine government agency was responsible and that they used secret underground bases in the Dulce area for their experiments.

Part of his hypothesis is based on allegations that human pharmaceuticals have been found in mutilated cattle, and on the necropsies that show cattle mutilations commonly involve areas of the animal that relate to “input, output and reproduction”. To support his hypothesis, Oliphant cites the Reston ebolavirus case in which plain clothes military officers, traveling in unmarked vehicles, entered a research facility in Reston, Virginia, to secretly retrieve and destroy animals that were contaminated with a highly infectious disease.

Additionally, a 2002 NIDS report[31] relates the eyewitness testimony of two Cache County, Utah, police officers. The area had seen many unusual cattle deaths, and ranchers had organized armed patrols to surveil the unmarked aircraft which they claimed were associated with the livestock deaths. The police witnesses claim to have encountered several men in an unmarked U.S. Army helicopter in 1976 at a small community airport in Cache County. The witnesses asserted that after this heated encounter, cattle mutilations in the region ceased for about five years.

Biochemist Colm Kelleher,[32] who has investigated several purported mutilations first-hand, argues that the mutilations are most likely a clandestine U.S. Government effort to track the spread of Bovine spongiform encephalopathy ("mad cow disease") and related diseases, such as scrapie.

Theories of government involvement in cattle mutilation have been further fueled by "black helicopter" sightings near mutilation sites. On April 8, 1979, three police officers in Dulce, New Mexico, reported a mysterious aircraft which resembled a U.S. military helicopter hovering around a site following a wave of mutilation which claimed 16 cows. On July 15, 1974, two unregistered helicopters, a white helicopter and a black twin-engine aircraft, opened fire on Robert Smith Jr. while he was driving his tractor on his farm in Honey Creek, Iowa[disambiguation needed]. This attack followed a rash of mutilations in the area and across the nearby border in Nebraska.[12][27][33] The reports of "helicopter" involvement have been used to explain why some cattle appear to have been "dropped" from considerable heights.

not sure if anyone here has commented on this subject on the Science Channels excellent "Unexplained Files" subject of this. There was the ufo take, meaning some ufo's are indeed taking cattle for whatever reason and then returning them. Then there was also the government theory, that there could be be something in our food chain that the government is interested in so they are behind this. No one really knows. But it was interesting when one investigator had a map across the US of where some mutilations were going on, and he also had access to information where as many ufo sightings had coincidentally happened in the same general area. I found the one witness a retired Sheriff I believe who said he saw orange orbs take off one going one way and another go another way in the same general vicinity as where a cattle mutilation had taken place.
