This image seems to have a few oddities.
Especially in the lower right hand corner.

I'm no good at posting links.
The photo is titled ..".Shaler' Unit's Evidence of Stream Flow (Unannotated)".
It's Curiosity but I just noticed it's dated 01.14.13.

Yes.
It is quite well established that liquid water existed in great abundance at the location of the MSL. On the scale of billions of years ago.

quite a while back, I wonder why they changed the compression, and after checking the resolution that's down too

seems liked they upped things marginally, still a long way from a high res high detailed picture tho

those crazy time scales again , so whats your opinion to what caused all those trails Phage, you seemed adamant that water was not the cause on the other thread , do you have any ideas ? marsimals perhaps?

I don't see a ridiculous number of them. I've seen fewer spirals than other people have seen broken space ship parts. But you can't see it on the non-highlighted image? Hmmm...

Maybe they took out. I reported an inverted picture of the mastcam head. Instead of correcting it they took it off.
