I have had a very back back for a long time.. I had two back surgeries, and after the second back surgery I had no feeling in my legs... miraculously after two years of being in a wheelchair I regained feeling and went through the whole process of learning how to walk again.

The nerves in my legs are really messed up though, and its only been two years now that I have walked without leg braces. So this injury has really frightened me, because I don't want to be back in the wheelchair, and this is the closest I have come since being able to walk again that I am that worried about loosing that ability once more.

But, as the doc said, some solid bed rest for a while and perhaps it will straighten itself out again.. I am getting better, the bed rest is doing lots of good... its just at the stage where your right, I need to be patient and stay in bed, even though I don't want to!

Neno is threatening to spank me if I get out of bed for anything! hahahaha... so I am trying to behave

Yeah my sister has been in a wheelchair for a couple of years and at Christmas made me cry by walking (well hobbling really) to me and giving me hug.

A word of warning..................... she tried too much, too fast

I will also keep your sister in my prayers... I know what its like and what she is going through. It's not easy.. especially when your a fighter...

Bare in mind ATS is 24 hours, I'm just waking up. BFFT (An amazing artist) is off to bed etc.

I have to go to work soon but will have a play later, in the meantime no doubt some of the artists will come up with something
