Is ATS Liberal or Conservative???

To tell you the truth I have been unable to figure that one out, but I have thought about it for a long time.

If I was forced to give an answer right now, I would have to say:

Conservatively Liberal

ATS is not liberal or conservative. ATS is ATS and is not biased. It's us who are liberals or conservatives and don't forget that ATS is not a political website, even if we have a politics forum.

That's why I like ATS. We can argue with peoples who have different opinions and don't share the same point of view on many subjects.

I couldn't agree more. I have noticed that ATS is unique in that respect. Good observation UP. By the way your avatar is killer.

U are right, but i still think that moderators and administrators are also a bit from ats more than from us, so if their influence is conservative or Liberal it is obvious and makes more follow them, if u know what i mean, but basiclly yes, we are all ppl with different ideals that are meeting up in this site.It�s difficult to consider it from any side, there are here many types of conversation and disscussion from more than even those 2 sides, which shows what i mean.

Sure CoLD aNGeR.But mods & admins also are men & women, so they've their own feelings and sensibility and they can't be absolutely neutral.It's impossible.We're all human after all,even *them*.

Go to a board who's leftist biased and try to do a post/topic who's conservative, and vice versa....u'll see.

On ATS we've everything.Left, far-left, right, ( far-right ? ), ecologists, Jews, Christians, Muslims, blacks, whites, ( humans & Et's ) ...and so on... Almost impossible to have everyones happy.

I'd have to answer with this though...the mods/admins are mostly conservative, whereas the posters are more of a liberal bent. Myself, I'm kind of towing the line between the two, but lean more towards the conservative....
