China planning cyber war against Taiwan, US sayes

Today find this news, aint really anything new to most of people or at least have read before such plans, still at the current economic boom i would see China using such to take over taiwanese hardware market. Also it would be very good demonstration to other countrys if but in mood and success, that such scenario is possible and could drive modern country on its knees.

I just wanted to open disqussion, about possible ways to wage cyber war as it seems one of the logical ways of two modern countrys having war as added with military.
