The problem with time capsules is that you can't really put anything valuable in them, because people will break into it and steal it. The seeming
solution would be to hide the capsule someplace people can't get to it, but that kind of defeats the purpose. You want something people can see, but
not get to very easily.
Some kind of orbiting satellite would be good, except there's pretty much always going to be some degradation of the orbit. Otherwise, something on
the Moon that would reflect a bright sunlight blast back to Earth would also be good, although it might get hit or buried by a meteor impact.
We live in a very impermanent world.
To assure that the
hologram-codex inscribed stone artifact 'time-capsules'
(called Petro Photoglyphs) would not be tampered-with...they were 'disguised by designed' on 2 levels...:
1. The platform hosting the 'time-capsule xenolinguistic communications' from
Petro Photoglyphs consisted of
small stone instead of metallic or other materials that would attract attention and promulgate 'hording' and thus prevent their messages from
transferring to subsequent civilizations throughout the millennium of mankind's cognitive development.
2.
'Time-Capsule Messages' inscribed onto the surfaces of Petro Photoglyphs require
'Optical-Translation or Spectrum Specific Illumination' in order to perceive and
understand the hologram codex communications. Spectral translations could be accomplished by the light of fire in a 'specifically designed location
like a cavern'...or by the simple click of a mouse using a graphics program to provide the optical translation.
It is possible that similar
'Stone Scribed Time-Capsule Artifacts' were dispersed
in collections or 'libraries' across the globe serving as the means & method for the
'Transfer & Standardization of Ancient Knowledge to humanity'.
