Here is 100% proof that animals can talk to humans...But you will have to watch 10 minutes of this video to see the proof....I would not post this if it was not amazing...

My Op post has 12 stars...the best the monkeyskeptic could get is 3 stars....

I've posted this vid on 3 other forums and sadly this ATS forum is the only one that gave it any flack....

I would just like to thank the forum members that gave me the 12 stars....Which looks very persuasive
next to the monkey's pitiful 3 ......respectfully Cathar....>>>>>>>>

Make it 13.. I havn't starred you yet.

I bet ATSers can relate to the number 13 better than living consciousness anyway, haha.

It is better to not point it out though. Don't let anyone drag you down. Even when you share something important to you and few see it, at least you are sharing yourself. I see it.

Hmm I WOULD have given you a S+F but your childish nature towards boymonkey has deterred me... If you post on ATS you get sceptics, the idea of ATS is to debate, debunk and to ultimately, find the truth! If you want a post with no one trying to debunk you, then post on facebook. No star OR flag for you sir...

Such beautiful creatures these wild cats! I am so happy to see the black cat is now content.
Amazing!

They are beautiful creatures but I would not want to meet a hungry one when I am walking in the woods.

I don't want to make it content after it eats it's meal.

I actually liked the video....I'm not gonna purchase the DVD.....but I thought it was interesting.i have a friend who just lost her dog. She also has a cat, and her cat seemed to be acting oddly/depressed after the dog passed. so she spoke with an animal communicator for help, and my friend swears the animal communicator knew things that she couldn't have known .

If you have ever owned a Dog, loved it as you own child then you already know this to be true.

I will be honest, I knew the second they mentioned his name that he was pissed off that they named him that. I was glad to see they mentioned that, more proof of God and the evil one. I love the fact that we have these beauties in Florida tho they are hardly seen anymore.

This is the way God had intended the world to work. This is why you see ancient hieroglyphics in Egypt with the Giants holding these big cats as pets.

If you have ever had an interactions with Bottle nose Dolphins in the wild you can feel the love these awesome creatures show to man. Especially when a mother shows off her baby to you. When I visited Sea World as a child I was amazed by them but when I went as an adult to take the kids I felt their misery of being penned up in a fish bowl.

Unless this lady was born into a very wealthy family of course she is going to charge some money to pay for her research. Everyone needs to make money to live these days. Trips to Africa do not come cheap and I am sure she pays for a lot of things that we do not see, out of love for these animals.

Damn, was enjoying this thread till this turd came along. Someone with an open mind questioning the information you presented, and you ridicule them? Nothing more annoying than posts like that. A helpful reminder as to why I tend to stay away from this site, it's maleware infested advertising, and 14 douche bags taking a break from warcraft.

uhg...

As for the OP, thank you for sharing, cool video. Though I would have like to seen more evidence, the "hey she knew 1 thing she should not have" just isn't convincing enough, and I can totally see why some would question this for publicity. Yeah, that's right, feel sorry for me. @@

Don't let the epileptics get you down mate, your avatar is fine, and lack naiveness is commendable. It's kind of easy to see from this example why/how charlatans are able to make a buck off the less considerate.

I want to take my star and flag I gave you back now.

Are you 10?

This thread had such great potential until you replied.

None needed, its not something to thankful for.

What type of person posts such a beautiful story that makes anyone want to believe and then replies like you and brags about getting more stars than a post with a persons honest opinion?

I have, and I agree, I grew up with my dog (he was a puppy when I was born), he was a member of the family and I knew exactly how he was feeling about things. I was not de-bunking the video, like I said I thought it was great.

Just remember this is a site where we debate things, I was not saying your opinion was childish, the way you spoke to boymonkey was. If you post on here, expect people to debunk you, then you debunk them back... It's how a debate works. Imagine being in parliament and all you had to say was "but more people like me than you".

Nice video...

... any marketer would be proud!

The video had an excellent narrative, designed to set up tension, and tug the heart strings.

Animals are indeed intelligent, and humans and animals can communicate... to a degree.

However, a human/animal relationship is always lopsided in terms of intellect (except maybe dolphins, large birds, a couple others... and some really dumb humans).

The human brain's plasticity can be very creative, to the point of creating entire scenes in an instant, this allows us to connect the dots, and paint pictures to describe poorly defined thoughts in any relationship.

Mixed with empathy, this is a powerful tool to synthesise understanding with even the slightest intelligence.

Essentially, the human side of an "interspecies communication" (lol... I don’t believe I just used that term... best piece of propaganda in the film!) is in control, and can pick out intent with amazing accuracy, and reduce our communication to an easy to understand form to "communicate" with animals.

Nice video…
… but far from "proof".

Wow, that was moving! First, what a magnificent creature that panther is, sleek, graceful and powerful. The lady came across as a "whisperer" type, which imo is someone that has a calm nature and their energy has a calming effect that I believe animals can sense. I was skeptical until the bit about the 2 cubs, and I still would not say this 100% proof of "talking" to animals. I feel that it may be more of a sensing, feeling, intention or imagery thing more than it is words.

The fact that the cat began to explore or roam outside of the cage was interesting, even if it is just a reaction to the calmness conveyed from the lady. In a fantasy sense, I would like to believe that mental communication with animals is possible and has been done in the past perhaps, but that is speculative of course.

I was a bit turned off to see the "buy her dvd" at the end of vid, because I personally feel that these type of things should be freely shared with humanity. Now if the proceeds go straight to a sanctuary or rehab facility for animals, that may be different.

I would like to see further testing done on this subject.

Peace,
spec

Cats communicate with their faces and paws. What the lady was doing there was to stare at the panther while not making any aggressive sounds or moves. So she was really saying "You're in my territory, I'm watching you, but I'll let you stay". Then when the panther starts blinking and closing it's eyes that was the "OK, you're the boss, I trust you" look. The rolling on the back is another "I trust you" sign. The opposite is the folding back the ears, hunching up the back end and hissing.

I once had the chance to tame a feral mother cat and her five kittens. They were found at the side of the road close to a rubbish tip. The animal sanctuary wouldn't take them in because they'd just hiss and make little popping sounds, so we had to turn our basement into a half-way house between the rubbish tip and human habitation. We used rocking chairs with sheets and pillows as somewhere for them to sleep - they preferred to hide under the sheet. They used a set of drawers as a safe-house (only two exits close to the wall), and a concrete tub as a decoy safehouse (exits on all sides) with a chase-trap (concave area where they could lead someone into but then run straight out in any direction). I'd play with them with a little orange fish attached to some stretchy string. I could almost hear what they were thinking - trying not to make a mess with the cat litter, (they just scattered it everywhere), explaining to each other what the orange fish thing was supposed to be.
