What I understand is that it's none of my business.
People whining about the TSA & DHS & NSA...from what I hear around these parts, most of you have no right to complain about a government removing your choice for your own good when you deem yourselves fit to pass the same judgement on others for choosing to dress the way they wish.
It makes a mockery of freedom you claim to cherish.

As I just pointed out to another member, it's not the clothes. It's how they are worn. Just as some consider it impolite to the point of blatant disrespect to wear hats indoors, it's impolite to the point of blatant disrespect to wear your pants so low that wearing a properly fitting shirt would reveal your underwear to anyone within eyeshot.

Though I don't disagree with any of that, that was, still, only a deflection.

Anyway:
What gives you the moral authority to determine how others should dress?

Have you ever seen the show Cops? They will be running from the police, one arm in the wind, the other holding their pants up. It's so stupid that it's hilarious. They must have missed school the day aerodynamics was discussed. Probably went to buy a belt or something....

Those who say baggy pants began as a sign of homosexual in prison couldn't be more wrong. At least I've never heard that. Someone earlier said it was bbecause prisoners were ddeprived of belts. I suppose there's some truth to that. Moreso however is the fact that prisoners are often issued clothes that don't fit ie too big. That's it. Maybe homosexual prisoners adopted the style to some extent but for the most part that's an urban myth. If anyone's offended by the way another wears their clothes particularly baggy clothes inspired by prison maybe we should ban tattoos without color too. Hell ban all tattoos and harley-davidson motor cycles. Most riders are wanna be's anyway ( oh the irony )

I'm 39. I've wore my pants baggy since I was at least three, as early as I can remember, and I'll never stop. If that offends anyone then I'll see you in hell Haha.

There already is a ban on saggy pants it's called indecent exposure, this whole obnoxious behavior of saggy pants, and that is all it really is, can be easily remedied by issuing basic tickets with a fine that comes with that ticket, pay the fine or go to jail where the whole, saggy pants thing started, now learning the reality of what the saggy pants in jail means should be enough to make people stop doing it, in jail where this trend started means that the person wearing saggy pants is willing to let other inmates stick their penis in their anus.
