Every job position with United Nations cancellled?

Maybe there is some mundane reason behind it, but I was just doing a job search on their website and noticed in every department every position has been cancelled! There was the exception of 2 positions out of the normal 100 left open looking for a senior political officer for Mogadishu. Here is the website jobs.un.org... I did a search to see if there is any hint as to why but does anyone else not find that strange? Your thoughts ats?

I think that the IPCC screwed things up so bad with the climate porn they were trying to sell that it sent a shock wave right through the whole establishment and now there are only a few at the top trying to figure out how they can milk humanity enough to pay their home bills .Probably a good thing for them not to be flying all around the world burning carbon so they wont be in a position to be called hypocrites ..

Na never anything serious going on with that group ...sure they say there is but even when it is dire they seem to be able to look the other way or somehow act too late to matter in any positive way ,,, I think they were meant to be a platform for the powers that be but they are sinking ...

Agreed, not fast enough, cause United nations should be operating in western countries now too, I mean seriously with all the unemployment, who is really in the greatest need, Americans, Canadians, Europeans or 3rd world countries? The gap is narrowing and UN does squat and even to work for UN, even if you have a degree, they want 5 years working experience but do not provide the working experience, so you have to work for free to get experience and who can afford that, only the rich, its just a vicious circle!

Ya they do nothing to pay for their own accolades ..I sometimes wonder if they didn't foster war so the rest of the would would send them the money so they could go help ...All the time taking resources from country's that could afford to spare some money ....its a new world with new possibilities now what with the web and these kboards to type out stuff and see what is really going on and how our little will be able to help in the most .Don't really need high paid CEO's to make that happen now do we .
