Cyberdude78 I slapped this one together for you. You can use it if you like. If you don't like it, you can give me an idea of what you want and I'll see what I can do.

so in summary, the NIO is headed by Grandmaster Infinite

and is split into two sections

Military led by UK Wizard

and

Mafia led by cyberdude78

and our cause is to defend ATS...
