Some might argue that this was simply a plan (much like Operation Northwoods), not a real course of action, but come on. There have been enough examples in history to know that governments not only plan these attacks but also act on them.

People from the uk will know.. we hate him here. It took a long time to get him out of the country, whilst he lived a life of luxury on benifits in a free house and he preached hate and murder to those that were feeding him and his family...
