I'm inclined to think its a glitch, but have no real idea of what glitches look like in terms of sattelite imagery of the weather. If its not a glitch, then HAARP has been unleashed down south in Antarctica!!

You can check the rest of todays weather from this site

It looks like it's resonating straight out of Antarctica in pulses.

Right!
I don't know if that joke was supposed to make you sound like a schizophrenic, but it did lol...
But anyway, it will update in half an hour, so I'll let you guys know if the cloud pattern/glitch is still there.

If you notice any circular patterns or straight lines originating from the centre of the radar location, this is due to occasional interference to the radar data. The Bureau is currently investigating ways to reduce these interferences.

Mind is at ease now haha...not really, thought it was a glitch, but thank you for taking the time to properly clarify the image.

Here the hour before and the hour after your pic.

I would say a glitch before HAARP.

This wouldn't be the first time glitches such as this has been seen on weather radars from Australia.

In fact here is another thread discussing it.

And of course if it was some kind of real actual phenomenon, it would be seen by every meteorology department on the whole region. Perhaps the whole southern hemisphere. Perhaps the whole world.

For confirmation, you'd want to see the exact same thing, at exactly the same time, on all met websites.
(Also bearing in mind they may get data from the same corrupted source - I believe Aus doesnt have its own sats but pays for data from Japanese ones)

All HAARPs got shut down? or the one in Alaska? Do you have a source? HAARP is the kind of thing I expect them to shut down and continue covertly.

Actually DARPA is doing some research with HAARP, but yes essentially HAARP is shut down and unless new contractors take over it will stay that way.

Here you go...

www.arrl.org...

There is only one HAARP facility in Alaska, the others are not HAARP.

Cheers for the link man

But I still think they could have covert facilities elsewhere in the world...Maybe I'm too paranoid though haha

It's a common NEXRAD type glitch. Google nexrad glitch you'll find hundreds of places they explain the more common ones.

eta: besides which, HAARP is about three orders of magnitude too low a frequency for a radar to receive, those frquencies go through the ionosphere and could not be sent from Alaska to Australia, and it would be hideously difficult to cause a radar to actually receive a real signal that shows up as a fuzzy donut.

No joke. They had to shut the lhc down once because of a turkey sandwich.

also, the effect you see has nothing to do with haarp.

Well the radar image looks normal now but I assume it was some sort of weird looking ring or spiral? I've actually got a collection of weird spiral/ring type anomalies caught on radar in Australia (see below). I think it has something to do with a static build up around the receiver or something, I'm not exactly sure but you can find out if you search around.
