A field Commander for the Mujahideen disclosed to a correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam in Fallujah what he called the �tragedy of the street fighting� in reference to the way that the invading American troops were using Iraqi women and children as human shields.
The Commander said that the tragedy began last Tuesday and that before that, he had never seen such things, when the Americans used used women and children to shield their tanks. The Commander commented: �this state is living through a type of savagery that history has never known before.�
The field Commander said �we could hear the cries of the children and the women�s calls for help from atop a column of tanks that was driving along ath-Tharthar street last Tuesday. Some of our fighters closed their eyes in pain and wept at the sight.�

Well you have to understand that that site is how the middle east sees the situation in Iraq, they have their own version of the truth.
Thinks like in Jihadunspun.com is what feeds the musling radicals in their fight with the infidels.
Now to make things worst they have a real video showing how bad the US really is in Iraq.
The same way that our government will play with our minds so the radical islam plays also with the minds of their followers.
We will never be safe again anywhere around the world.

Very true but the main difference many fail to realize is that I, as an individual liveing in the United States, has the freedom to persue other avenues of information that makes me more knowledgeable. As corrupt or Bias many think American media is, I still have the chance to hear the "flip side to every argument".
It is how Governments takes control and oppresive regimes stay in charge. Limiting what people take in and keeping them in line. We have seen this and unfortunatly will still continue to see this in the future.

I understand Thomas but the radicals are using this type of misinformation to gain more supporters to their cause.
Do you think they are going to show pictures of good things to gain supporters, occurs not, and to tell you the truth I like to know what they thinking and what they are doing.

No, but your troops did rape women in Abu Graib, or did you smudge that out of your right wing bias? The same troops that will not allow men aged 15-55 to leave Fallujah, regardless if they have ties to terrorism or not?

Is very simple "insurgents" that come from outside Iraq see the people of Iraq as expendable to pursue their cause.
Also Iraq is not just one group but a series of tribes that are not friendly to each other.
The same way we see "casualties of war" as necesary and unavoidable so this groups that comes from the outside of Iraq sees the Iraqi people as "casualties" also.
In the end the ones that are losing are the inocent.

There is a world ofdifference between what is widespread and common policy. Insurgents hiding behind the populations and mosques and claiming they are
"protecting them" as they launch attacks, or the kidnapping and execution of helpless civilians, many of them guilty of nothing more than helping
common Iraqis is one thing.
And the indiscriminate, disreputable and disgusting actions of a relative few coalition troops who deserve the harshest punishment they get for thier actions is another.
As are the actions of the more noxious "leaders" on both sides.

If I was an American or an Australian serviceman today, I think I would be sickened enough to go bush/woodsman on society, and let some of the social liberals fend for and protect themselves, given how so many seem so willing to believe the worst based on the actions or lies of so few. The trouble is that leaves everyone else unprotected.

Well he does get better news that we do been in a military base is a lot of memos and E-mail going on around.
He was very angry at the video of the Marine and the Insurgent incident, and he did say that the video should have been destroyed.
