Another new member :)

As I've read countless times before, 'Long time lurker finally joined!' So here I am

I've enjoyed the time I've spent reading posts and learning from many of them. But the time has come that I want to give a little back as well. I hope I can join in on some good discussions and learn some more along the way. I thought I'd regret joining the forum, but I think that was just some tinfoil hat thinking stuck in my head.

InTheLight: The only solar observations I'll make will be ones relating to current solar activity. I've seen to many doomygloomy solar threads over the years, most of which were bunk. There have been many times that I've wanted to post a reply, but until today I never had the will to do so.
