Why do most people I meet seem completly disconnected?

regardless i am more concerned for the unaware, of the effects the nocebo effect has on their health, constant negative conditioning coming from a hidden hand, is to strengthen us whilst getting rid of the weak, nonetheless this is the biggest conspiracy and it effects every conscious being....
look out for the negs, there everywhere, cancer warnings, disease, aids, and all this happening everywhere, (or nowhere) i know which way i like to look at it, and i will be doing my dissertation on this study...
