Irony being, when it's a real terrorist attack it's "workplace violence" when it's a white young adult, it's patriot "terrorism".

Darwinism will have it's day in America.

Interestingly enough, with all of Holders talk of protecting "us" from the time we enter an airport terminal til we get on a plane, The guy in the LAX shooting was after TSA workers specifically!
NewportBeach-CoronadelMar PATCH

Another witness told a Wisconsin radio station that the gunman walked past him and asked him if he was with the TSA. The witness said he shook his head no, and the gunman moved on.
So maybe if he got rid of the TSA agents his goal would be accomplished. Well, if our protection were actually his goal!

Holder had a chat with CNN & fears more lone gunman attacks but doesn't think arming the TSA is the solution.

I'm actually shocked he made that statesment because I figured they'd take complete advantage of these situations & arm the TSA while increasing their reach. Well, they are increasing their reach but will they be armed? Is Holder just spewing more lies like Obama & just about every other politician in DC?

The union who represents the TSA says otherwise and are pushing for the arming of them...
Arming TSA...

I was reading a link on drudge earlier and it had to do with dhs hiring A top secret domestic security force.
If this is true like a poster said earlier I can see them getting rid of the tsa and going with the hiring of mercenaries.

Oh the irony of a member called "ownbestenemy" presenting the above. That same reference article mentions stripping the TSA of their badges. I remember when the US Army stripped the over zealous Military Police of their badges ... and they ain't never got 'em back. That was a real wake up call for some.

A less than obvious point your post brings out is that the workforce of the TSA wouldn't ask for the nonsense of sidearms were they not fully indoctrinated at this moment in time. If you wanna be concerned about something, there's a place to start.

Time to bury this agency before it becomes an integral part of the Police State.

Not surprised, politicians lie and pull the old bait and switch every single day.

How is that "irony" as it relates to my name...me thinks you do not know the definition; I digress.

The reference was in passing regarding conservative members that have been (rightly so) trying to remove the badge authority that has been given to nothing more than federalized "mall-cops". They do not have arrest powers, do not have the authority to detain you, to hold you without cause, to do anything save not allow you through a check point; so why have the badge?!

Agreed and to why I am puzzled and confused by your post...I guess to argue is human.

The American public. There are no lone wolves amongst Al Qaeda.

This is why they've been stocking up on everything from guns to food....the lone wolf!

Sorry. We're definitely on the same sheet of music. My point was simply that the TSA is about to prove itself it's own 'worst' enemy.

there will be more attacks, then when people are begging for the TSA to be armed, our saviors will grant the wish.

"you don't want gun control? ok. here's what happens without it" a revised version of "make the spending cuts as painful as possible"

The lone wolf narrative is a brilliant one. Unlike the militia "movement" in the 90s and the radical islam sham of today the lone gunman finally gives them reason to be all controlling.

Without the burden of planning meetings and religious duties The lone gunman, the narrative will say, gets his guidance from internet forums and conspiracy theorist websites. Without a moral leader without a religious predictability the lone gunman's thoughts are what make him dangerous thus, the narrative will say, we must contain his thoughts.

The psychopath guild has started their FUD-security loop operation.

I hear ya. They really hate the idea of private ownership of guns/weapons.
What is so scary?

Frankly, I don't think they're really interested in arming the TSA. I think they're more interested in exploiting these incidents for propaganda against people who criticize them. They cannot simply arrest people for exercising their First Amendment rights so they need a really good excuse to shut people up.

As evidenced by this statement...

"I'm very concerned about individuals who get radicalized in a variety of ways, sometimes self-radicalized,"

I honestly have no idea if these shootings are real or staged (It's pretty sad when you have to seriously wonder about something like this) but it really doesn't matter. What it boils down to is that they seem to be determined to use these incidents to vilify anyone who criticizes the government. Despite the fact that the vast majority of such people are 100% peaceful and harmless. Sad, really that governments can't take criticism constructively.

By the way, keep your eye on the ball. Notice that this agenda has not changed a bit from the Bush years all the way through the Obama years. They seemed to be working towards the ultimate goal of things like eradicating political speech all along. It tells me the Democrats and Republicans are the same.

With the partisan stuff, really?

Obammy is W with a tan, it has been 8 years of the same Draconian excrement. Quit swallowing the Kool-aid.

Eric Holder just said what they're going to do.

They've already had their dry runs/dress rehearsals.

Next time won't be a lone gunman, it'll be a explosive device. Another public event here, but not a marathon/mall/school, those were just a dry runs.

It won't just be here either. Watch what happens @ the Winter Olympics. The Chechens have repeatedly threatened and it would be the perfect place to have a staged event. The brazen Chechens make another attack.... blah blah blah.

Just staged events to put us further under their boot heels, and the sheeple will want/welcome those boot heels as they'll swallow the lies told to them.

Yeah. We've hundreds of thousands of gang-bangers dealing heroin and crack and shooting up neighborhoods full of small children. We've got millions of illegal immigrants all over the country. And we have corruption in the highest offices of the country.

But the nation's top law enforcement official is most worried about lone wolf attacks.

Couldn't have said it better myself.

Just an assumption, but I'm amazed that there haven't been a lot of lone gunmen going after politicians, banksters, wallstreet, etc., etc..

The Boston Bombing framing was a real piece of work: you couldn't pick a more innocent looking kid! Then hundreds of drills suddenly become a real scenario: total lockdown, military warrantless "voluntary" searches. That was incredible. No accident, though.

This might even be tied into a preparation for the information collapse that's coming through the 50th anniversary of the JFK murder. Like I said, feelers. Suddenly "lone wolf" goes back to the lexicon.
