Istanbul UFO video

I did a search and could not find anybody discussing this video, so I'm making a topic on it.

Though this event happened in 2002, I have just recently come across this particular clip and found it very interesting due to how close the camera gets to this object. While you cannot see much in the way of interior details, the silhouette of this object is quite unconventional.

What I see here, is a bunch of balloons strapped together. Those floppy
clowns at amusement parks should be more careful with them.

I would have to agree with Drol. The object in question just moves with the wind. The protrusions look like a bunch of funny shaped balloons.

Kinda looks like either weather /or fun balloons or they just could be a UFO. Hmmm.......I had to watch it a few more times too make sure,
