Pulled this from reddit. very interesting. Some poster were claiming is was a quad copter but I have some concerns with that theory.

Please explain your concerns with the quadopter theory.
Everything in the video points to a hoax, and a very uncreative one at that. Id be wary of channels using the term truth in their names, from my experience they are amongst the most untruthful of the lot...i cannot see how anyone is fooled by this lame attempt at depicting an alien spaceship.

Yep I'm also going with quadcopter, you can even hear the motor in the distance. Bad hoax.

We've done this quadcopter with laser attached SO MANY TIMES NOW that I knew what it was just from the thread title.

Yea, looks like the elongated quad model. My questions would be how was it illuminated like that, and with such intensity that you cannot make out any reflection from the props, and how to get that sparkle effect in a laser device. The rotation maneuver would be very easy to do, and it appears to be much smaller than the vehicle on the ground.

I think it is a quad, but I am more interested in knowing how it was set up.

Did anyone ever tell you how far project Paper Clip got?

This elongated quad layout may be typical of what was used.



But I still want to know how it was illuminated like that.

Prototype, NSA, drone scanner, field testing? Or does somebody have a lot of extra money and time to spend on these quadro-copter shenanigans? Michigan is in an economic depression. Whomever has money for these toys is quite sophisticated.

I also noticed during the ascent procedure that the laser was still lighting up the target vehicle, at 3:03 in the video.

In fact, people doing hoaxes like this must be less sophisticated than others.
