no matter where or what the source of oil from , when you heated it up in cooking, wont it kill every kind of bacteria in it ? so whats the problem ?

Yes 'gutter oil' can and does find its way back into the food industry, and this is a bad bad thing, but by the main, the bulk of it goes into soap
and cosmetic production, where it is (allegedly) quite safe to use, as it gets heavily processed with other chemicals.
