Nothing in the video is beyond the capabilities of mere human hobbyists.

well it doesn't look like a homemade airplane, with lots of lights... it has the size of a car, it rotates and have some laser on it, the footage is taken in the woods... And it makes a little sound... lol

So the guy there, noticed a ufo, he got otuside his car running away from it and the UFO scan his car after?

The UFO reminds me of an overexposed, upside down image of the flight deck of an aircraft carrier.

Other than that as a deliberate hoax, i don't know.

I suppose with advanced propulsion and electromagnetic shields, a spacecraft can be any shape the builders wish it to be since aerodynamics wouldn't matter.

Maybe they decided to create this shape as they like the look of Earth ships?

The video in the OP is yet another hoax out of Michigan using an RC toy with LED lights and green laser. Not much different from this quad-copter below:

There's a reason they put music on that vid...coz those micro copters make 1 hell of an annoying sound wich you can hear from far far away.(Especially at night/silent environment)
