See this is what a workplace violence looks like. "The suspect is in custody" - not dead and can tell no tales as in all the other incidence. There aren't 12 people plus the shooter dead as in all the other incidence.

The Navy base in Millington, Tenn., was in lockdown Thursday afternoon after three National Guardsmen got into a fight nearby, and the argument led to gunfire.
According to a U.S. military official, the men got into the altercation at the National Guard Armory in Millington and one pulled a small handgun. One guardsman was shot in the foot and the other in the leg, the official said.
