Lake Titicaca Gold Mine Construction

I must have scared the crap out of most of you who read these forums hehe. However, I am doing a project on the topic. I am supposed to persuade ranchers, farmers, government officials of peru and bolivia to construct gold mines.

My job is to find out all I can about a deep vein gold mine that would be on the north shore of lake titicaca. I am looking for good references to find out the damages to the lake and water quality, the feasibility of constructing it, the technique used for deep vein mines on shores of lakes, reasons why it should be constructed etc...

Mine plans, transportation routes, reclamation designs, labor demands and economic packages for peru and bolivia are also necessary.
