Looks like you are typical politically correct modern American - spending your energy being affronted about trivia and being manipulated by the mass media while the U.S. collapses around you. This could only happen in a bored and overly fed country- congratulations-you are truly a deep thinker!

So what if you're offended? Well boo-f-ing-hoo.
What does that mean? Nothing. Who cares? No one has stopped you from breathing, living your life. No one has physically assaulted you. You simply "feel" offended.
I find many things offensive - doesn't mean everyone else does or the world has to pander to my wishes.
Why do people make such a big deal about being "offended"?

Well, since you sparked this discussion...have you actually ventured an opinion on the issue at hand? I suppose I could scan the last 10 pages, but it's easier to ask you directly.

I guess if it was really hurtful to Native's.
I would hope the owner would consider changing it.

Considering all native Americans I have heard speak about this said it's a non issue, maybe us pale-faces should take our guilt and use it more constructively.

That's right it is downright disgraceful they continue to use the name.
The name stands for everything bad about America.
I personally get offended ever single time I hear their name.
I almost get sick. I taste throw-up in my mouth just thinking about it.
Please change the name. I can't take it. It's beyond disrespectful.
You must drop that no good word "Washington" from your name.
Hail to the Redskins...
