Looks like some Prepper's armored RV. Converted US surplus 4x6 Cargo truck. The "armored part" is a shell dropped over the basic frame?

Dig the forward firing port on the top. That must be some fun on camping trips.

There are a thousand variants.

The M35 looks close...

Totally "retro-future". It's like one of those bad guy vehicles in Solar Babies. The symbol really makes me think "merc" but the design makes me think "prop".

Then again, Blackwater's little truck thingies also looked kind of Hollywood. I guess any military vehicle will look fictional when it sways from hard-line traditional military design.

Looks like a modern swat vehicle. Is that a logo or a tag from a brave pedestrian?

I was just about to write the opposite of what you think of that vehicle. I think looks out dated...a wwII army design.

Everytime I see one of these stupid things, I think how easy it would be to blind it with some spray paint or splat balls. Ditto the riot police helmet guards and shields.

Just my 2c, have they opened up the Utah Spy Center yet with our tax dollars, which are going to be used to spy on us, which will be used to find out that we're all Spartacus, errr, turrists?

The PTB are giving us WAY too much time to think through Operation Empire 2.0, which would seem to be coming to a neighborhood near you presently.

Gotta be a movie prop, everything's wrong for any type of combat or crowd control vYou have characters left.
ehicle. Logo is a cobra head inside of a C. Maybe others were half joking but the only serious use I could see would be for GI Joe movie.

It is a very old truck made up to look all cool although not very practical. If its is not a movie prop it is somebodys hobby.

Looks like something from the new Robocop movie, even looks like it has the CCP logo stenciled on it.

COBR meetings are generally held in one of the Cabinet Office buildings in Whitehall, London.

It is often referred to as COBRA or Cobra by the media; this relates to the acronym for Cabinet Office Briefing Room A as the meetings were usually held in Conference Room A

Released under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, this is the only publicly available photo of the classified COBR facility.

Well, I can't be sure because of the lack of context, however, I doubt that it is a picture car (vehicle movie prop ) because they are never just left alone. When the picture cars are on set, there is an incredible amount of activities happening in the immediate area. It's like a circus because of all of the support trucks needed to shoot a motion picture. The picture car is used and then brought back to staging. It would never be just left alone somewhere.
Again, I can't be positive, however, I'd be willing to bet that this is not the case. I really think that it's either a prepper, not likely though to want to expose their assets, especially in DC, or a maketing prop for a video game.

Most of the vehicles they have now are not marked with logos, so no one knows what's happening until it's too late

My first thought was an amped up Warner Brothers logo. I vote movie prop.

Maybe a prop for captain america the winter soldier, something to do with "Arnim zola" coz it does look like the logo says ZOL.

At first glance, I was thinking a 1960s-70s ZIL, perhaps the 131 (it's been YEARS since I saw one though!), or a later model Ural...but after looking at the whole cab, it is certainly a US-made 5-ton.

Looks like someone took a delta force logo, rotated it and glued on an ankh instead of a knife.

I say it's a hobby project for a zombie apocalypse vehicle and the logo is something like ZOV (zombie outbreak vehicle) or ZDV (zombie defense vehicle). what with all the zombie runs people are doing it'd be big medicine to show up in one of these.
