What if Big Phrama is brodcasting "radio waves" in big cities to cause psychosis and increase pres

WHat if Big Pharma has secret Broadcast Towers in big cities, where they broadcast radio frequencies or electromagnetic frequencies that cause mass delusions/voices/schizophrenia in the surrounding public, causing a spike in prescriptions for exactly these medicines?

The technology for doing so already exists, as shown in the bottom three links.

Well there is no "mass" anything going on but there is certainly no shortage of people needing/wanting this medication either.

Its more likely that if there was some sort of nefarious plan by the big pharm guys, that they would simply just pay off some doctors to prescribe it more.

After all, its not the people who write those prescriptions, its the doctors.

Theres thousands of "secret" broadcast towers all over every major metropolitan city, often disguised as Trees and other things...

Of course those belong to the telecom industry, cell towers are everywhere and ubiquitous, would be very easy to sneak some in for nefarious purposes.

Cell tower is just a transmitter, the people putting them up while technically proficient in thier field, would have no clue what was actually transmitting.

Making a blanket statement like that takes into account a lot of unknowns, the op is speculating so I suppose you would be correct if what was suggested required significant infrastructure above and beyond a simple broadcast.

If they're secret, how do you know about them?

Simple I worked in the Telecom industry for years, there are towers disguised all over, as palm or elm trees based on the location.

They hide them in Billboards, traffic lights, etc, Pretty much anywhere they can.

You see real estates a premium, and you have multiple providers competing for land rights in a city to put up towers.

This has led to the industry being very sneaky in how and where they place and disguise towers.

Its not some huge secret, just something the public is unaware of for the most part, take a pic of a city right now and chances are you captured a few towers without even knowing it.

Why use radio waves? Really. There is no way to control the outcome.

The USG (specifically the executive branch), private parties and other sovereigns are employing weaponized sound waves!

Meh, dunno, pirating or hacking a signal has happened, but as we have seen if its government based the telecom industry bend over, see Prism or e911 signal in phones.

So they wouldn't have to hide it from the telecom themselves.

THE more speculative angle is the signal effecting human behavior, but thats not so far fetched, Binaural Sounds have been shown to influence human brain waves.

So really who knows what is possible, best not to dismisses all theories off hand as just crazy, the whole point of a conspiracy forum is to have this kind of open discourse so we don't do that.

So can government influence telecom? YES.

Can Signals suchs as sounds have real measurable effects on humans (low frequency emf, Binaural sounds) ? YES.

SO the question becomes has their been research down this path by government? Again we have to say Yes, mind alteration has been a pet of agencies like the CIA and such.

So the next question is would the government try something in mass on the populace? Again yes, look at fluoride, or other experiments the government has done in the past.

So what do you think happens to the signal when it hits a phone? we all carry around little devices that are designs for the sole purpose of generating a tone.

If they slipped something in the signal, just as the can passively listen from a cell phone even out of a call, so too could they broadcast a tone.

Just extrapolating on the speculation of the op and various post like yours.

I Know for a fact Sound can cause some strange things in the human minds, Ive experienced crazy stuff while playing with binaural beats.

SO whose to say thats not a possibility that we are getting bombarded with "Noise" from our electronics, perhaps someone slipped something into it.

Could be benign as drink more coke, or far worse, who knows.

First. It would be weird to use a method of mass distribution, when you are using it, to aim at specific individuals.

Second. When someone goes mental, it's usually because they overload. A very personal, but common thing, that can happen to people, who live in stress all the time.
Stress is something we can point a finger at, find a cause.

There are a lot of reasons for people to snap. You don't need to blame it on "evil" intentions of big companies.

Third. Why use covert installations,when you can use the existing ones, nobody will notice it.

Pharma companies, already spend a lot of money to make their drugs, widely spread. They do that pretty good. The need for their product is non stop, once they've got it in place for a curtain illness.

Why take the trouble to build trees, that transmit voices to people... ?

It won't work, if they learned not to listen to voices thinking about them being, in your head.
