I don't see redmage's post the same way you do.
I see it as he/she was just trying to stay classy and not let the troll thread keep going.

We added the fuel to the fire so to speak....I kind of agree.

here, in London, it's only five past two in the afternoon, so another 10 hours yet before October ends.

My perspective comes from participation in the 'two witnesses thread' which was canned.

And a further banter - if you like - with Olivet. Upon which he did agree to "fall upon his sword" and

basically - dry up and blow away !

Who do you consider - we ?

And why, are you all of a sudden; his carer and mouthpiece?

What I cannot understand is why the guys who make these predictions dont stop making them when one is proved wrong.

The source of these is obviously not easy to interpret or not reliable so why continue to post predictions which are not going happen. Maybe they just dont insist on definite facts or maybe definite facts cannot be predicted due to the multiple timelines of Earth and her people. If that was the case, what is the point of predicting stuff, we would be better off just enjoying ourselves before anything nasty occurred.

I suppose they do it because one day they might happen as predicted... but then we could all make those kind of predictions.

I am not a professional psychiatrist, but my personal opinion is that Olivet is an extreme narcissist. I think it is very important to him that he get everyone to focus on him. He does what he does to get attention. It doesn't matter whether anyone believes him. Those who argue with him just continue to satisfy his need for attention. Notice how he will go back and forth with other posters for days and days. Why do that? I think he does it to keep the focus on him for as long as he can. Then when the prediction date passes, he slips into hiding for a while -- then starts the process all over again.

I don't think he's after money - I haven't seen anywhere on the net where he ever asks for that. I don't think he's stupid - he's way too articulate. Does he actually believe what he claims? Not sure, but what I am pretty sure of is that he just likes to be the focus of attention - however he can achieve that - good or bad - doesn't matter to him.

And with that. I'm off, but feel free to enjoy continuing to pump attention into this, with back slaps galore, for another few hours as the timezones tick away. I'm sure this won't fall off the recent posts list for at least another day. He's certainly got a great chance of hitting that 100 page mark. Will you be the one to make it happen?

Boy I sure hope so! That is what I live for.

Anywho....I don't mind feeding the trolls....it is fun for me to pick stories apart and just watch them rot slowly....I have said many times in the past...a slow train wreck is the best train wreck.

He is now pushing that it was security protocol to use the Julian calendar and the All Saints and All Souls day which have now pushed his dates to November 1st and 2nd.

And even AFTER he stated it would ALL happen in October.

I love poking the fire on this one....I always like to see just how far a loon will take the lunacy.
