ios7 Makes Your Phone Waterproof !

So of course some iPhone users upgraded their phones to ios7 and promptly dunked it in water to test the claim

“Update to iOS 7 and become waterproof” claims the ad (see below) explaining that “In an emergency, a smart-switch will shut off the phone’s power supply and corresponding components to prevent any damage to your iPhone’s delicate circuitry.”

Users who believed the advert reportedly upgraded their iPhones and dunked the devices to test the feature, only to find that they had broken the expensive gadgets. Some have taken to Twitter to vent their displeasure at being tricked. One user wrote "Ok whoever said IOS7 is waterproof GO F*** YOURSELF".

cyborgs need to retain some part of the organic matter within their craniums.

Without it, they will forever be upgrading their communication ports.



This is hilarious, but sad. Hilarious that people did it. Sad that people who can afford them, did it.

It should be morons like me who have those things, and the people who do this sort of thing, stuck with unbreakable cheap $15 phones.
