Persevere in Perseverance

Perseverance is a multiple edged sword which can not be held by just any man.

The man needs strength of will behind him, but the purpose can take many forms.

Let yourself not forget that we must never put the sword down once it is picked up, we must only raise it higher and higher, along with raising our purpose towards the ultimate goal which is striven for by the spirit.

As one holds it and raises it the art with which he wields it takes him upon his destiny in a fearless way.

Do not settle for less.

“If therefore thine eye be single, thy whole body shall be full of light” – Jesus

Perseverance is closely related to faith, which is another word for trust.
People are motivated to persevere as long as they still believe in the long-term good.
That is why Revelation repeatedly calls for "the endurance and faith of the saints".

Many virtues depend upon other virtues.

If you have humility and gentleness, you have every other virtue also.

I chose to speak about perseverance because I feel that perseverance is a strong word, and it is also very inspiring also. Every person has the threat of having their birthright taken from them. It is a constant battle with the enemy to keep ourselves up but "He who overcomes will inherit these things, and I will be his God and he will be My son."

And so it is worth it.

Purity is also very, very important and I have quite a few threads which pertain to such a divine virtue.

Although I strive to obtain purity, I often fail. I often feel diseased for this.

At times I feel defiled, at times I feel that I am the bride.
