And when I clear my cache, it returns to white... I always use dark...

Because you removed your settings from the phone, and the light version is the default.

I've tried switching to mobile and logging in, and I've tried switching to desktop... multiple times actually...

Same thing every time... it boots me back to the home screen

Sounds like something to do with cookies to me. See here. Not ATS, but Youtube, same problem.

Are you sure you are clearing cookies as well as history. What do you mean when you say the word "cache" to us.

How to Remove Cookies in Safari on IPhone

Respects,

Geez! Annoying, eh?

Well, I was about to fall back on my previous suggestion, 'Re-install Safari'- however, I've just learned it's not possible to uninstall it..

Be sure Settings | Safari | Accept Cookies is set to something other than Never..

Good luck.

Have you tried a full reboot of the phone? Quit all apps, then power-down.

What version iOS are you using?

Have you tried downloading Chrome to see if it's any different? (Chrome on that version iPhone might be better anyway.)

Wait.. what? You logged back in?

It should not be set to Never. It needs to be set to something other than Never so sites that require credentials can use cookies.

Well, hrm.

I want to re-mention that I cannot use ATS on both my phone and computer for some reason (occasionally). Won't load on my desktop when my phone's logged in. Have you tried logging off your computer and then trying on your phone (Assuming cookies are back ON).

Ok... but I also set it back to normal without any results...

Could you just go back to the old version for a minute so I can log in?

I promise i'll never log out again ffs...

Bummer.

And results from trying a different browser (Google Chrome I assume)?

Laughing out loud.

P.S. If Google Chrome doesn't work, you might try Opera Mini. It can be your ATS Browser! Not all is lost (Assuming you can login through Opera)!

Thanks... but no luck...

I've switched to desktop on my Cpu.... tried logging in... Nothing

I tried both modes.... still can't log in on my cell...

I was withya right up till here

Are you sure you're not hitting the wrong buttons when putting in your password? Or not hitting the correct ones for uppercase/lowercase? Maybe hitting 2 or more buttons on the touch screen? Or maybe try using a different browser? Or clearing the cache again and trying it again?

I ask this because you call your PC a cpu.

your phone has a cpu too... any computer has a cpu. If you'd called it your hard drive, it might have been different, unless you don't have a hard drive and have a ssd. which technically is a hard drive, but not the same thing as the spinning drive. an ssd doesn't drive.

I know I know, shut up wino... but I am the scorpion on the foxes back... I cannot help myself.
