Of course! The Afghan Arabs were foreigners who were hostile toward Americans. In addition, it was Pakistan that provided much of the support to the Afghan Arabs. Even Osama bin Laden denied his group received aid from the United States.
Yes they received ample support through the Pakistani ISI I know.

This theory is so outlandish one would dismiss is it outright if it weren't for the lack of damage over a sufficient area after the supposed impact.
When an aircraft strikes an immovable object or the ground at a high rate of speed as was the case in regard to all four 9/11 aircraft, you are not going to find an intact fuselage, wings, or tail wreckage. We can take a look at this photo and you will notice there are no large pieces of aircraft wreckage at this crash site.
