Where do i post My new thread ????

Hi, Im new on here and have not even exceeded my 20 first posts yet but have been looking around ATS trying to figure out where to post my thread, with no luck,

The section i think im looking for should contain things such as police not wearing seatbelts, unlawful acts by the law caught on film/video. The past few weeks i have seen such things online and just wanting to share what i have seen and hopefully find a lot more with the help of you guys =). For example a policeman not wearing his seatbelt realised that the guy was recording him so the police officer put his foot down (running away), But if that was the average person 3 points and a fine ???

Any help would be taken and used well
