That's true, but from this thread, it doesn't look like much of that is being taken into consideration as it relates to what happened in Syria.

You're absolutely right about the Shiites being the smallest segment of Islam and if you look at the death toll in Iraq, Afghanistan and Pakistan, it rides heavily on the number of Shiites being killed. By whom exactly they're being wiped out we are never told, its always simply "militants".

You're also right about NATO hating the Shiites, which is why I hesitate to take for granted the claims of by whom they're being killed.

But on Israel giving back land for peace I will have to disagree. It is an enclave of Zionists that consistently encroaches on Palestinian territory with ever expanding "illegal settlements". Taking while claiming to give? Imagine my shock. How can a nation have national security when they have refused to set national boundaries?

What's both humorous and ironic about this whole situation is that Iran's the one that wanted to take all of the credit for the "Arab Spring" by comparing it to their Iranian Revolution and claimed they were the "model" for it. While Ahmadinejad called on Islamic nations to create states of Political Islam for the last five years, little did he know that it would eventually end up backfiring on him and the rest of the Shiites.

What bearing does this have in our discussion? I have already blamed muslim nations a lot and they are responsible for the 7 day conflict of 1967.

Fact of the matter is the two state solution has been the norm because israel never asserted itself properly to form a nation. Its hard to imagine they kicked arab but in 7 days yet were not strong enough to protect their national security properly.

Whomever deployed those chemical weapons should be held accountable for their use, no matter who it is. The problem is who actually did it. I saw pictures of innocent people that died, these people were not a threat to anyone. The possibilities of who is behind this are many. One thing to consider, how many rebels actually died from this gas? Did certain people exposed to it not get effected and why?

This can only be used as a reference though. Certain chemicals from the nightingshade family help to deter the chemical from causing a person to have their lungs go into paralysis. Also, certain sulfur containing foods help the body detox the Sarin gas. Diet can help to increase your ability to live through an attack, this doesn't mean a person who lives is automatically a suspect either. It could just mean their lifestyle gave them better odds of survival.

I think arguing about palestine versus israel is a matter of semantics which really solves nothing. In the old days it was both judea and palestine at different intervals.

Fact of the matter is both jews and muslims want that territory for themselves, and when they realised they could not get their wishful fantasy come true, had to settle for the two state solution.

Illegal setttlements is a gray area. To take something from someone means that someone was not entitled to something from the beginning. I think jews are and were entitled to land there. They simply did not stand firm to carve out the boundaries when they had the chance to do so and are now paying the price for indecision and cowardice.

I actually have more a problem with arabs than with jews in relation to the conflict. But I do dislike jewish culture with its endless greed and clannish behavior.

In the meanwhile, maybe you should look up the Charters for the Muslim Brotherhood and Hamas. They are both available online. In essence, they both describe exactly how Muslim extremists view Israel, as if all of the spouting from Ahmadinejad didn't already tell us.

You know what the problem is with German, American, or any intel, they can simply make it up and even generate it.

We the people can do that too, only we have no say.

Bashar Al Assad is not an innocent man in regards to killings in his own country. But the Chemical Attack of August the 21st was not his doing. This is as we all know, designed to create an outcry from the International community in order to get the justification for a Military invasion.

Why does the Western Powers and Israel hate Assad so much?

Here's a few reasons:

1. Assad will not bow on his knees and surrender Syrian Territory to Israhell!!
2. Assad invited the Palestinians through the Palestinian Resistance movement to come to Styia where they will be fed, clothed, housed and be treated as equals in Syria. (Syria is the ONLY Arab country to do and offer this)
Unfortunately some in the Palestinian Resistance paid off by the Zionists betrayed the Palestinians and stopped this from happening.
3. They hate Assad because of his relations with the Lebanese Hezbollah which is the only people to defeat Israel in the Battlefield.
4. They hate Assad because he is trying to protect Iran who have been sanctioned up the ass by Israeli and Western Powers. Iran's only crime is to have a country sitting on one of the Wealthiest Gas Fields in the world. Iran also has never invaded another country in 400 Years. Iran also supports the Palestinians in Gaza even though there is not one single Shia there!

Can the same be said about the Imperialist US, UK, EU, Israhell, Saudi Arabia, Qatar etc?
