What about the covenant that the jews had to keep to benefit that favour?

The Christians own Bible tells us that stay on the land was purely conditional. They know it, but choose to hush it up. They like to imagine that the modern state of Israel, with all its gay parades, brothels, casinos and insulting of Jesus.... is exempt from following the stipulations that God has laid down regarding the land.

Its also interesting to see how many christians(zionist christians) are ready to lick the feet of israel blind to all disgusting acts that it commits.

the vile person, the verses you quote, is about the roman catholic church [ vatican] .

Because the preceding verses were about the Roman Empire itself [ vs 15 etc, the destruction of jerusalem 70AD] etc,
the Pope is but the continuation of that roman empire.

That is why it says 'he hasnt been given the honour of royality' , because a "holy father"stóle that 'royality'.
