I will do it whenever I get my hands on cash, right now my husband and I has become plastic users, from checks card to debits, we don't even use need paper checks or credicards anymore.

It can't be illegal, I cant tell you how many blasted "wheresgeorge" stams I had on the back f my dollar bills.

Illegal in the UK i'm afraid.

There are statutes against it with the main ones being you can't deface the image of the monarch or anything that carries it in official form.

Also comes under defacing Government property, criminal damage etc.

I lost count of the numbers of pound notes I 'defaced' in the 70's then
... The queen ended up with fangs, pixy ears and (of course) eyepatches. Must be worth at least 20 years in the big house
