A class action lawsuit means you could get compensation.

proof of purchase according to the article is not required.

Here is some money for people who were sold wrongly labeled food/drink.:-

here is the gist:-

The Naked Juice company was sued in 2011, accused of using GMO ingredients and deceptively labeling its products, "all natural." As the Organic Consumers Association explains:

According to plaintiffs, Naked Juice used soy ingredients that are genetically engineered "by design or by contamination." (Naked Juice doesn't use certified organic or verified non-GMO soy.) Naked Juice intentionally used misleading language to give consumers "the false impression that the beverage's vitamin content is due to the nutritious fruits and juices, rather than added synthetic compounds." And the PepsiCo subsidiary contained a laundry list of synthetic chemicals, including calcium pantothenate (synthetically produced from formaldehyde).

No wonder these companies get away with deception and fraud.

I am going to assume the low number of claims is related to the low numbers of customers who would buy something called "Naked Juice" because it sounded like it might be good to drink.

"Aww, my naked juice is all warm.." well it doesn't sound right at all now does it?
"Want some of this Naked Juice, its ice cold." even worse.
"Hey honey, wanna try my naked juice?" That might work....as long as she doesn't spit it out.

Naked Juice.

I don't have anything substantial to add, but I did file a claim, thanks to your link.

I did buy Naked Juice for my family, especially while traveling. Because of my daughter's allergies, I always read the label (I read the label on everything even if it's something we've bought before). and not once did I think the chemical they used as a preservative was based off formaldehyde.
Calcium panthonante sounds like it's just made from a calcium derivative.

Also, I knew "natural" didn't mean organic, but it's still deceptive that it called itself natural when in fact it was contaminated with GMO's and formaldehyde. It shouldn't have been marketed as a healthy alternative to other drinks, especially for people who want to try to better their health and are willing to pay a higher price for quality drinks.

I am furious. I have purchased these in the past for my kids and myself at the Starbucks in my local Barns and Nobles. I was skeptical but my kids liked them and I figured they were at least gmo free.

This ticks me off. I have purchased this juice, and really like the pom-blueberry a lot. I don't think I'll purchase any of their juices any more

Needless to say, I didn't know about the lawsuit, and submitted a conservative claim (equivalent to 5 purchases) since I couldn't recall an exact figure of how many I've bought. My mother drinks these, I'll have to see what she thinks about filing a claim (she may not actually care)
