The original trinity I believe must have been female as it reflects the 3 seasons of nature.
i.e. Spring, Summer, Winter
Maiden, bride/mother, Crone/Witch, Menopause.
These aspects could all be reflected in the goddess but contradictions in the symbols are probably just reflecting different attributes of nature
which is cyclical.
The owl for instance hidden on dollar notes is said to be an illuminati symbol. Minerva’s totem animal is the owl and it is thought to symbolize
wisdom. However, it is a concealed wisdom, it watchers with one eye and sees in the dark when everyone else is blind. It preys on the unsuspecting and
can be envisaged as the harbinger of souls. In its more sinister aspect it is perhaps best associated with such goddesses as Morrigan.
The maiden is Athena but the other aspect is Helen the unwilling bride. She is the ultimate female fatal. She is the most beautiful women fought over
to the destruction of the Trojan civilization and the shipwrecking of the wisest king Oddyseus.
The name Nehellania which had several different spellings seems to have several meanings that reflect some of these different aspects. For instance
the word can be broken down to mean, concealed, Hel the rite of the witch, it also means Helen, Helena, or Lenia. The bright one, lighter of fires the
torch bearer.
In the Aora Linda book the good aspects of the feminine are espouses in the priestess Nehalennia She is the wise and faithful conscience of the
nation. She lights the fires for the ships, she remains virginal and pure of heart, and she gives honest judgement. Her anti-thesis is Kelta she is
jealous of the fact that the nation loves Nehallania. She wants power and is prepared to reveal it attraction and bugger the consequences. It will
divide the nation and lead to the destruction of the people’s unity of purpose in following the tenets of freedom and social justice.
